Cancellation Policy

The Vinyl Letter Club is a monthly membership. Below is how it works, what you pay, and how to cancel. Plain language, no fine print.

How it works

You become a member and receive a package in the post every month. Inside: riso-printed card, a personal letter and stickers. You find the records yourself, analog or digital. That's the point.

Payment

Membership costs 9.95 euro per month, paid by credit card. Your first payment is taken when you sign up. After that, we charge the same date every month for as long as you're a member. Your card details are stored securely by our payment provider. We never see or store them ourselves.

Renewal

Your membership renews automatically each month. There's no minimum term and no lock-in.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time. Your confirmation email contains a link to your account, where you can manage your membership and cancel in a few clicks. Prefer to email? Send a message to info@thevinylletterclub.com and we'll sort it out.

Cancel before your next payment date and nothing further is charged. You won't receive another package.

Cancel after a payment has been taken and you'll still receive that month's package. Your membership ends after that.

We don't refund part of a month that has already been paid for.

If a payment fails

If a charge doesn't go through, we'll try again over the following days. If it still doesn't work after several attempts, we'll pause your membership and let you know. Your package won't ship until payment clears.

Right of withdrawal

As a consumer you have fourteen days to change your mind after receiving your first package. If you'd like to withdraw within that period, email info@thevinylletterclub.com. We'll refund you once we've received the complete, unused package back. Return postage is at your own cost.

If the package has been opened and used, this right no longer applies. That doesn't apply to packages that arrive damaged. Send us a photo and we'll send a replacement.

Changes

Moved house? Update your address in your account or email us. Do this at least 7 days before your next payment date, otherwise your package will go to your old address.
